Save a case from the Control Valve C_v Calculator (Liquid, Gas/Vapour or Steam tab) after clicking Calculate C_v, then click "📥 Import Cv Calculator file" under the matching case column here. Temperature, inlet/outlet pressure, pressure drop, liquid or gas/vapour mass flow, vapour pressure, specific gravity/MW and the calculated Required C_v are pulled in automatically where that tab has them. Valve opening % and predicted noise still need to be entered by hand — those depend on the vendor's actual trim, which the calculator doesn't know. All fields stay editable after import. The imported C_v is a calculated estimate — always have the vendor confirm final sizing.
